Chrisette Michele's second album "Epiphany" went #1 this week selling 83,000 copies just barely beating the Miley Cyrus movie soundtrack that sold 82,000, as well as Ciara's "fantasy ride" that sold 81,000 copies. All in all 83,000 is kind of weak for a #1 debut week, but i'm happy because she genuinely seems like one of those "do it for the love of music" type of artists and she definitely makes some good music. I think its kind of sad that Ciara has fallen so far from grace that she couldn't beat out these 2, i like "Love and sex and magic" but idk she just doesn't seem to have that "it" factor at this point. Her singing is just lacking compared to her opponents right now.
